Creating a Campaign in LeadYa
Instruction :
Log in to the LeadYa panel by navigating to the application URL and entering your email address and password. After logging in, proceed to the main application dashboard, where the list of modules is displayed on the left side. Click on the Campaigns module to access the list of existing campaigns. In the campaigns view, click the Add Campaign or Create New Campaign button. In the campaign creation form, enter a campaign name that will allow you to easily identify it. Select the campaign type according to the goal you want to achieve (e.g., messages, invitations, interactions). Proceed to select the Facebook account that will run the campaign. Check the Facebook account that has been previously logged in correctly and connected to LeadYa. In the next step, choose the lead source or target group that the campaign will use. Specify the search or contact import parameters according to the settings displayed on the screen. Proceed to the message content or action section of the campaign. Enter the content of the message, comment, or invitation to be sent as part of the campaign. If dynamic variables are available, select or insert them into the message content. Set daily limits, such as the number of messages sent or actions performed. Configure time delays between consecutive actions to ensure the campaign operates naturally. Proceed to the campaign scheduling settings. Select the days of the week and hours during which the campaign should be active. Save the campaign settings by clicking the Save or Next button. Go to the campaign summary and review all configured parameters. If everything is correct, click the Launch Campaign button. After launching the campaign, return to the campaign list. Check the campaign status, which should change to Active or In Progress. Enter the campaign details to view the progress of the tasks being executed. Monitor the number of actions performed, messages sent, and any errors encountered. If necessary, stop the campaign, edit its settings, and save the changes. After the campaign ends, review the reports or statistics available in the LeadYa panel.
